V drive leak

I have a 2003 Ski supreme it is taing on water in front of the motor at high speeds. I have put the boat in the water and no leak just running the boat even when you rev up the motor. Could this be the boot around the v-drive shaft? Any ideas

could be, but my thought would be the cooling system if it is only leaking when you give it throttle. It would make sense atleast because when you rev it up you are pushing more water through it and could force a leak through any bad seals
