getting ready to buy a 89 vision vip boat and fix it up using parts from my 87 bayliner same (engine and outdrive) anybody know if these boats are any good?

I know the new ones are good completely composite... Means not rot

I worked at a VIP dealer from late 89 to 92 and they were JUNK, made Bayliner look like a Cobalt by comparasion

what where junk? please explain what parts of the boat is junk .. the hull seems nice on this one. i am going to put my engine,outdrive, and controler in it. also the outdrive and engine are the exact same as the bayliner
