Just got done swapping just about everything out of my 14' Hydroswift into my 15' Starcraft.
Replaced the old 60 HP evinrude for a '68 Merc 950.
Swapped seats, steering, etc...
Here's a youtube video of my first test run today.
One thing that kinda bothered me, and don't think there's much I can do (maybe one of you have a good idea) is the water is coming up, hitting something, maybe the motor mount, and spraying a big fan tail.
This wasn't the case on the hydroswift, but as I said, I don't know if there's much I can do at this point.
