Home shredded only, never pre shredded. Ever. Sauce maybe for dipping.

If gas take bottom plate out and see if any jets are clogged. Also ir temp gun with door closed and oven preheated , look for spikes around the door indicating bad seal.

electric oven (she likes electric for baking) with gas top (I like gas stove).
