Volvo SP Leg goes down but not up

My boat has been sitting for the last 6 months and I'm in the middle of de winterizing it and getting it ready for the summer. The tilt worked fine before I winterized it. Now it will only go down and when I push the up button I just hear a single clicking noise from the motor. Where should I start?

Let's start with finding out what model drive you have. If you don't know the model, then post some pictures.

Its a 1993 SP-C

Do you have a square digital gauge? Also, what is your engines model number?
