Dear all you experts..

With looking at my carbs today when I push on the throttle the front carburator with the candy cane and the center pole spray fuel on acceleration. The back one one squirts out the candy cane only throttle and not from the center .
:facepalm:Not another thing..

Should they all be spraying at one time is that correct ??

If its supossed to spray what can I look at to resolve this ?

Thank you..

Sounds like you'll need to disassemble and clean the carburetors. Varnish and debris builds up and clogs internal passages. It's even more common with marine engines since the can sit for months or years at a time. Like we discussed before, it's an older engine and many people over the years could have worked on it and some probably did just what you're trying to do - get a few more trips in before doing the complete maintenance that needs to be done. Sometimes you can get away with it and sometimes it comes back to bite you in the rear. Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. Many of us have had to go back and do it the right way!

Well Pirate,

I removed the main jets , and idle jets on the carbs and cleaned them out with carb cleaner and a twist tie on the little holes.. Wow what a difference my idle jumped from 1000 to 2200prm. Can we say " DIRTY " backed the idle back to 1000 again and took it for a spin.. WOW!! what a difference 4500rpm and Mid to high 40's KM or around 30mph. Another bullet dodged now I can really clean it in the winter..

THANK YOU..
