cant remember the exact spec or measuring points but its mostly level when upside down
if way way way high I guess it could lead to a rich condition on #5 cylinder.
the VST vents through the same vacume line that the rail pressure regulater vacum comes from.
your symptom description really doesnt indicate flooding.
but its easy to check, simply remove the VST vent line and look for solid flow of fuel.
not supposed to have fuel in that vent line.
