Hello to all. I've been out of town on vacation for the past 8 days.
The wife informed me that the doctor himself called up the day after my appointment and appologized for the lack of care, concern, and professionalism that was shown by him and his staff. Offered to refer me to someone else if I didn't want to see him.
Apology accepted and I made another appointment with him.

Good for you, and the Dr. If more people would stand up to the docs and demand professionalism from their industry, it would be better for all, not just the few of us that make waves.

Re: Waiting at the Doctor's Office: UPDATE

T2F- After reading the other post I had the same thing happen at my doctors office. I thought about ya'll. I arrived at 8:40 for a 9:15 appt. At 9:45 I went to the little room. I kept hearing the doctor telling jokes in the hall. I noticed several patients that came in WAY after me get seen and leave. At 10:15 I had had enough. Grabbed my chart and left telling the receptionist why. So far no calls, apologies, anything. Glad to hear it worked out on your part.
