You can spell it however you like, duckypoos <br /><br />Seriously though, I don't see a problem with releasing a movie about a pair of gay cowboys-as long as there's adequate warning because some people will find it highly offensive.<br /> It's kinda obvious that in some areas the warning has been given-and that in others it's been deliberately omitted (here being one of them). The reasons for omission by the advertising agencies responsible would be interesting to hear.

Here in SC, (read Bible belt) there are 2 different promo's showing. The Day time or Prime time ad contains no scenes divulging the Gay aspect of the movie. The late night trailer however leaves no doubt as to the relationship between the cowboys. The day time ad can be conscrewed (sp) as miss leading, and could lead to some surprised viewers in theaters.

If they were truely proud of their product they would announce to the world in every way possible what the movie is about. But obviously they are witholding information for a reason. Neat how all the "critic" types are claiming this is a masterpiece. I think if someone wants to make a gay love story that is fine, but if I walked in and was expecting a western and was treated to what this appears to be I would be red hot.<br /><br />Social engineering, as usual from the left.

How many times I gotta say this ."they aint Cowboys thier Sheepboys" I know that just brings up the sheep thing again, But us Cowboys find it offensive yall calling them sheepboys cowboys and all.
