When I turn the key on, no beep is heard, but if I wait 15 seconds, a constant beep is emitted, then it suddenly stops, then starts again. I've disconnected the black wire to the temperature sensor and removed both blue wires from the oil float switch to no avail. This is the second warning module for this motor. What else could it be?

Sounds like you need a third. But before you replace it, check the wires between the sensors and the module. Could be a short to ground. I believe there may be a plastic thing where the tan/blue wires attach. Make sure there isn't a screw connecting the ends that goes thru all the way to the block. It'd be weird for that to start and stop, so I'm inclined to say it's another bad module.
