If it's scratched up you gotta bore it .015 over.<br /><br />You can get an aftermarket piston for $100 and a bore is about $45 where I live. <br /><br />You always gotta practially flood them to start 'em cold. <br /><br />With a boat always prepare to go broke - LOL.<br /><br />What year is it again? it's a 76, i have pretty much flooded the hell out of it and it wont catch. broke i be, you get what you pay for. thanks
