water from top mounts

if i have water coming out of the top mounts( all be it not a massive amount) nearest steering loom when running engine on muffs or in water what does this mean and would it relate to my engine only running on 2 of its 4 cylinders, even though engine has good compression and good spark on all 4. Thanks
