Water in the Lower Unit

I repeated the steps above. Pressure to 10-12psi. Rotated the drive/prop/shift shafts. No leaks. Let is sit 30 min and pressure held at the same levels as started. I will fill her up with sea 90 and head out to lake of the woods. Will stay there 10 days and will probably put good 10 hours on it. I hope it wont blow on me.

One more question was. Could I spray some break cleaner into the lower unit to flush out the bad oil or is that not necessary?

It is not necessary to clean out the old lube. Just drain it well.

Brake cleaner could harm the seals.

Looking at the Oil you had in the Pan, it has very little Water in it. Just refill the Case, use it, and after your Trip, remove the Drain Plug and see what oozes out
