Water leak

I recently did a impeller replace on my alpha one gen 1 did the whole water pump and all the gaskets. But now when I start it on muffs I have water coming o u t a hole on the inside of the gimbal housing beside the water inlet tube. Any ideas what i need to do to fix this thxs.

post a pic - by inside of gimbal housing are you talking about where the exhaust bellows go? or on inside of the boat ?

Inside the boat. Guess should of said that better. I am trying to get a puc to upload it keep telling me the pics are to big.

guessing the water inlet O ring is missing/damaged and your forcing water into the main bellow, pull the drive to inspect

I just replaced it but will pull drive to confirm it's still there and intact thanks
