Hey guys, long time since I've posted. Boats been sitting in the garage for 7 years and finally got it out and after many hours back on the water. Unfortunately water is leaking into the bilge at a fairly fast rate and it looks like a water fall from the bottom of the plate on the inner side of the transom. I've read a bunch of the other posts about rotted transoms. The thing is I found a hose clamp in the back of the bilge when I was standing on my head looking for a leak. the screw was gone in the clamp. probably about a 6 inch clamp? Is there something back under there that takes one of those big clamps? The big pipes on the sides seem to have all of their hose clamps.
