water running out of all holes in lower unit

I just purchased a Johnson 70hp motor i put muffs on and ran for about 15 minutes.I noticed that every hole had water coming out of the lower section is this normal?

no, nothing at all.<br />the water that is running out is the water that is too hot to cool your motor.<br />basically, water that has been run through it already.

Uh yeah I kinda noticed this on my 135, once I got the new impeller in. Water shooting out every hole and crack there was. lol<br /><br />Never brought it up but glad you posted this. : )
