There is Water spraying from the block (inmar 5.7 v8) just below the spark plug by the altanator, it increases with revs, its not coming from the spark plug hole but from the join just below it. Looks like its where the block meets the head, there is no water in the oil and the engine is running fine, what do you think it is?

Cheers
Ross

Without being able to see it, I would think you have a head gasket problem.

Is there anyway you can get a light or mirror to see if there are any cracks in the block down there?

Doesn't seem to be any cracks in the block, the water is a fine spray and is coming from the horizontal join between the block and head so i assume it's the head gasket, what i am not sure of is why it is coming out there, is there a water channel near there? and if there is any other damage to the engine
