Harbor Freight has a hand pump for $5.99, it's the same one they sell in the auto stores for $13.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I'll raise the bow for now in a two-step process in conjunction with the jack in order to drain the water from the bilge.

The trailer is currently sitting on flat ground but unfortunately this angle is just not steep enough to raise the bow in order to expel the water from the drain hole...

I just thought of a potential problem. If I reverse the hitch bracket upside-down, then how would the bow safety chain setup work in this situation? Would it thread through the rollers to attach to the bow eye? If so, would this interfere with the winch clip?

You're way over analyzing this. Washing the kitchen floor takes way longer and requires more equipment than draining water out of the boat.

I agree with that too, as long as there's room to expand a little water shouldn't hurt (as long as it's just a little). Raise up the tongue, suck out what you can, and enjoy her again next spring!

Reverse the hitch bracket upside-down then flip the rollers over so the heavy side is down, then lower the whole thing until the bow eye is right under the top roller and run your safety chain between the rollers.
If raising the tongue is stressing you out hook it to your car and go & park on a hill to drain it out.
If the deck is sealed there shouldn't be any water under there so you might want to check that out.
