water temp warning device

After 3- meltdowns I need to install a temprature warning device (light or Buzzer) to alert me when my enigine temp gets to high, say 195-+ degrees.<br /> Is this device available or how can I make one?

doug,<br /><br />Tell us a little bit more about what kind of engine you're trying to protect.

Install a temp gauge, either to read block temp or water temp in the water jackets. Cost me about $40 but its worth it. I can now glance at the gauge and see if the temp is right.
