Ive been looking around and have not found what Im looking for. Does anyone know if such a thing is made that can wirelessly tells you the water temperature? And preferably the air temp wirelessly also. The boat is kinda long so running wires around really isnt an option.

Thanks.. :)

Re: Water tempurature? Wireless?

Thanks chris. I was looking for something a tad cheaper. Really just wanting a normal weather station that tells indoor/outdoor temps along with the water temps. After looking for awhile I found this:

Then get a station like this:

http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/9160/index.php

It says it can take up to 3 sensors so I assume the water temp sensor would work with it..

Was hoping someone may of bought something in the past and could shine some light on the subject.

Figured I would follow up to this encase anyone else shares a similar interest.

Ended up getting these and I couldnt be more happy! The station has a 'gust' feature and updates the wind speed every 30sec which is more than I was expecting. It sorta gives a real time wind speed where the others Ive used give an average. The water temp sensor works great. I usually throw it over a hand rail when I get to the boat and take it out when I leave. Dont really have a good place to mount it and I dont need to know the water temp when Im not there. Only down side is it only keeps the max wind speed for one day which I find idiotic.
