Weather Stripping for '73 115 Cowl

I need to replace the weather stripping on the cowl of my 1973 Evinrude 115. It appears to be stapled in place. I have googled and researched, but can't find a part#.

Anyone have a part# or any tips on how to replace it?

the part number is 206320 listed not available. some have taken fuel line, and split it length wise, and glue it on.
