Weird dinging noise coming from engine

I'm looking for any thoughts on what the hell this "cow bell" sound is coming from. It starts about 10 seconds into the video, it comes and goes and it didn't make the noise when I ran it a couple of times on the hose this week. Did it at idle and when driving. 3.0L Volvo.

Sounds like a bolt came loose from the coupler or flywheel and is being tossed around.
Remove the dust cover off the flywheel housing and have a look

Yup...sounds like the flywheel. You still have all the teeth on your starter ?
