Our DT115 has been sitting 2 years. Changed impeller,sparkplugs, oil & fuel hoses and rebuilt carbs. Engine runs ok but low rpm-speed at full power. Pulled plugs and checked compression. all 120 or better. found 3&4 plugs have milky water looking stuff. Could be water? #2 sparkplug is clean like never been used. Read where to swap with a dirty plug to verify water leakage. After running the dirty plug looked cleaner. What other checks should I do? Please help!!!!!! Thanks Brad
