What a rebuilding job

Have you ever heard the expression, "if you knew how much work it would be you would never started." Well, that is how I felt after getting involved with this Ironworker. I always wanted one of these shear, press, punch combination tools so I bought this one used from a guy going out of business.

Pictured is before and after. I rebuilt it, painted it with factory finish epoxy and even bought new decals. I must admit, it is a great machine.

Yes,

I have been working for a couple of years getting things pulled together. Attached is a picture of the welding portion. It has an evacuation hood over the table. The table is on casters.

Summer Fun,

If you look at the original picture you will see the only nice looking parts were the orange guards that had been removed. It was the only thing that I didn't have to work on and yes, I installed them.

You are right, though, you have to respect any machine like this.

Summer Fum, that thing won't even feel an arm or a leg! I have used one and they have lots of power and make things a lot easier to fab up!
