What can i do to remove this off my windscreen?

I've been painting the front of the boat with Dulux Metal Shield epoxy enamel. After two coats of the white Dulux paint i had realised that the outside of the passenger side windscreen was fogged.

I had tried to clean the outside of the windscreen with Diggers enamel thinner and a thorough wash with only water, but neither had cleared up the windscreen

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas beside to replace the windscreen?

Shop cloth soaked in mineral spirits, followed by washdown with water, then clean with windex, follow by a buff if neccessary

Is that glass or plexi? Plexi does not do well with chemicals. If plexi you may bring it back with a wetsand and buff, same as a headlight restore kit, only more product.

First off, let me welcome you to iboats, Alex. Looks like you have a plexi windshield on an older boat and you want to save it. The plexi seems to be in pretty good shape. Myself - No chemicals. Use a single edged razor blade to scrape the paint overspray. Hold the blade as close to parallel to the plexi as you can and gently slide the blade over the surface. Change blades if the edge develops any burrs so no new scratches are made. After the overspray is off, it's time to polish.

I use Turtle Wax polishing and rubbing compound. AutoZone | Auto Parts & Accessories | Repair Guides & More

I start with the rubbing compound applied in small amounts with a clean, dampened towel or microfiber cloth, in a circular motion. Turn the cloth often and don't let it dry as you work it. After you finish, the compound will dry to a haze and use a clean cloth to remove the haze.

Next is do all the above using the polishing compound. When you finish it should be looking nice and clear with no scratches.

I finish up with this Meguiar's/PlastX clear plastic cleaner and polish (G12310) | Polish | AutoZone.com Follow the directions on the bottle and the windshield will be crystal clear and look like glass.

I've had good results using this method and it costs less than $20, Good luck.

One more thing - here's a link on shining up a plexi windshield. Windshield 101 - Shining up that old windshield - fiberglassics.com

As for the single edge razor blade. Look for one that was used on older Cadillac windshields. Some of them had a special coating on the inside that would/will scratch if using a razor blade to remove inspection stickers. I think they were a plastic.
