What caused unburnt oil???

1. Adding too much oil when you mixing??
2. Adding too little oil when you mixing??
3. Unburnt oil caused b/c of something else???

Does anyone know why?? and what caused this?

Not sure exactly what you are getting at!

Engines are designed to use 50-1 ratio gas to oil at full throttle. This oil lubricates the moving parts then collects in the crankcase and eventually becomes more than the engine needs. It tends to "puddle " in the crankcase and blow into the cylinders where it is too much to burn. The engines have an oil recirculation system "puddle valve" which puts this oil into the cylinder in amounts which can be burned without affecting performance. HOWEVER: The oil, not being a vapor will not completely burn and a 2 cycle engine will always release some unburned oil with the exhaust. Newer, better designed engines burn more efficiently and release less unburned oil.

There is no single cause, but many contributing factors.

2 stroke design, too much oil in fuel, too much oil for the rmp's being run, low compression, Too rich of an air/fuel mixture, weak spark, low running temperature due to bad or missing thermostat. Cold air temps, wrong oil used.
