What exactly are those geese eating???

I just had my truck repainted this past Novemeber after I hit a deer. Recently a goose pooped on my hood...well I washed it off last night...it ate through the clear coat and some paint!!!! Hope the body shop can fix it up. What's up with that? Are these geese drinking battery acid or what???

Poop and pee is combined in birds. Nasty stuff and very acidic.<br />BTW birds don't have a bladder to save weight they go practically all the time.
