Re: What happened to 12Footer?
Thanks, mate. Her name is Trinity Monday (parent's last name is Monday)..I know,I know -- it sounds like a catholic holiday, but I like it too.She is my 4th grandbuddy, and I've allready got her first combo setup for when she is old enough.

Now for that explanation I owe y'all;

The past three months have been busy, productive, and most of all, scarey. Those of you who have retired know the stress of "facing the unknown".
Will I get bored?
Will I be able to afford this?
Well, it became apparent before the date to retire was even made, that the retirement
must take place. 30 Years is too long in one place. Also, that my pension would fall-short of meeting the buget Even so, I made a commitment to myself (20 years ago) to jump out of the retiremnent window as soon as it opened. Even tho I knew I had to find a secondary pension. I knew I clearly could not afford to go fishing and sleep-in, like the stereotypical retired guy.

I had visions of a miriad of doors which retirement would open up to a professional with my credentials....HA!!
I expected potential employers lining-up at my front door, making me proposals -- just like the commercials for that loan-shopping site on TV... This did not happen.I started to get a tad worried after the 4th week of job-hunting, with not so much as one interview!!!!
Add to this mix, that my ISP was up for it's yearly contract, the small monetary cushion I had built-up was evaporating swiftly.
Then my unstable computer's rotten core went critical, and I was forced to buy a new Sony Vaio just to be able to continue to check potential jobs,and apply online.
It was the very next day I got a good job, (albeit 30miles one-way from my home).
Things are looking-up for 12Footer and gang. Tina and baby are not only in great health, but her husband is attending church with us! I have so much to be thankfull for. It seems that God has answered my prayers, in the ways that God answers them. Nothing earth-shattering,like winning the lotto, but the lord
did provide what me and my family needed.

A couple nights ago, I got an email from admin, giving me a new pw to login with...I didn't get it until this morning, because "Spamblocker", (a feature of Earthlink), put his email into "suspicious" category.Luckily, I recognized his screenname right off the bat, and here I am! Thank you, Admin

So I'm back, and so happy to be here! It looks like I missed a great deal too!
