I assume you are looking to buy an aftermarket prop.
It has been so long since I actually measured that I forgot and I certainly am not going out tonight in this snow/rain.
The Force gearcase is alternately referred to a s 4 inch and 4 1/4 inch. The 4 inch is probably the inside diameter and 4 1/4 the outside.
Some Vortex props come with a plastic ring on the hub to fit and seal Mercury gearcases. The fit the Force, you pry off the plastic ring.
