I got some problems with my Suzuki 60 hp four stroke engine (1999). Some times when it's running at idle it sounds like it misfires. This also happens quite randomly during acceleration.
When I checked the engine I noticed a hose connection (without any hose) just inside the air filter intake. The size of the hose connection is about 8mm in diameter. The engine is sucking air into this hose connection and I wonder what it is for, and shell it be any hose connected?
If you have any ideas of what can be wrong with the engine, they are also welcome :-D
