What is the name of that movie?? (SOLVED, McMartin Trial)

The other day I was skimming through the movie channels and watched 10 minutes of a movie which may or may not have been true. Anyway it took place in the 1980's and was about a preschool (daycare?) in Florida (I think). The operators of this school (which later burns down) were suspected of molesting many of the children but were found not guilty.

What is the name of this movie and is this a true story?

I don't know!!! Most of the movie took place in a courtroom (Ok I watched more then ten minutes). The movie really focused on the media controlling the trial. It was sad because the kids had to see a psychiatrist who made them believe they were sexually assaulted. The breaking point in the movie was when one the kids testified to one of the employees "touching him" but the employees defense team pointed out that the employee did not work for the school when that kid was enrolled. It had a lot of big actors (don't know who they are but I have seen them in a lot of movies) in it, so someone on this forum has to know about it.

OH and at the end they are on a pier with the attorney

It was one of the hbo, showtime type of channels.

It was a true story.

OK OK It is called Indictment, I did not know it was based on the McMartin trails because there was no mention in the movie about which craft or anything. Also the movie takes place in Florida when the actual McMartin trial took place in California.

I have had HBO/Cinemax for a year now.
We rarely watch it.
Gonna cancel it and use that money for
