What is this connector and bracket? Fishfinder/GPS/etc.?

If my devise gives random off target readings/results, then it is un precise and not accurate.
If my devise gives the same readings/results but off target, it is precise but not accurate.
If my devise gives the same reading/results and is on target, it is precise and accurate.

I’m 99% sure the mount is from a lowrance Elite. That cable looks like it may be as well.

I have an Elite 5m with just power cable like that. It's only a GPS and Chart plotter. No transducer. Got free from friend. Also, same base.
