That would probably be a late 60s or early 70s. If you have a look under the cover on the left hand of the carby the ID plate should be there, I had one that looked exactaly the same and the ID plate was where I described. If I can remember correctly some of the serial number was 20HD....

Modelnumber please for exact year, but looking at the hood and decal/color it is a 1972 or 1973.
