Out of college worked at AEP in Telecommunications - supporting radio, PBX, microwave and very limited computer support. Left after 10 years and went to another utility where I managed a group of Network Administrators and did some admin myself. Recently moved in the same company to manage a group of Field Engineers who maintain the radio and SCADA environment at 450+ distribution stations for rural cooperatives. OBJ - where did you work at AEP? I was in Indiana at the Rockport and Breed plants for a while and then Fort Wayne.

Graduated with a degree in english/ Minor in chemistry and physics.<br /><br />My most fun job was environmental quality control on the Trans Alaska pipeline project.<br /><br />Now I manage production and sales for a veneer mill in Ontario Canada and a plywood mill in Northern Michigan.

Self Employed<br />Im 48 now.I started out working as a union carpenter at 16 for my dad building housing tracts in California,It came very easy to me,After about 4 years I got my Contractors License and started a production Framing company framing large tracts of homes from Malibu to Santa Barbara.Later As a general Contractor I built Commerical buildings,Million dollar homes,Multi screen Theatres Complexs ,Did some Bridge Retro-fitting after the Earthquakes here,Rebuilt 7 buildings on Hollywood Blvd after the Northridge Quake, Designed/Draw custom homes,And in my spare time I Designed and Built Spec homes for sale.<br />Now Im semi-retired Designing,Building and selling at least one custom Lake house a year.<br />And thats what I do.<br />My back hurts and Im tired

40 years now driving truck , Dont cross U S border any more , Truck has kicked chit out of me , Kidneys , back, diabetic,. Held lots of other jobs before this , started when I was 16 ( had to help mom and little brother) like Heycods Ive done it all . Trying to hold on for 5 more years , so I guess Im semi retired ... or is that retarded

I'm 43 and currently experiencing a midlife crisis.<br /><br />I am a motor mechanic and have been for 2000 years. I have been self employed for 1800 years ( that what it feels like).<br /><br />I recently sold my business and am currently a bum.<br /><br />QC, need a rep downunder???????<br />Phil, need a victorian distributor???????<br /><br />Seriously, a local farmer has offered me a job as a farmhand - slashing paddocks, spraying fruit trees etc etc. Sounds like a perfect job for someone who doesn't have a clue as to what direction to take his life next.

Worked alot of jobs my dad volunteered me for as a kid, wiped up blood in the neighbors garage (elderly lady) when the police had a shootout with a crook (my dad was an LT).<br /><br />Worked construction cleanup and excavating in early high school. I was working outside in the sun in Phoenix the day it his 122 degrees F... if anyone remembers that day. I was in Ahwatukee filling a fence trench that was dug in the wrong spot, my boss was kind enough to leave the tractor at home so I filled in the 100' long 8' deep footings by hand.<br /><br />Then worked at a car wash in high school, it was nice to get outta the dirt and sun.<br /><br />Then worked at a theater, worked my way up to projectionist where I built movies and was responsible for show starts, projector operation.<br /><br />Then as soon as I graduated, went to work for a bank. Have worked my way up to Manager, and currently I do business and agricultural loans in rural arizona for an independent bank. I am an in-branch credit analyst and underwriter.<br /><br />I help farmers finance their crops and businesses finance equipment, as well as home construction.

I am the evening supervisor for a local university. I take care of everything that goes wrong here. <br />I am taking courses for management.. I have lots of people helping me out....so it is just a matter of time before I get to management. <br />Also work p/t at a local Home Depot....just for fun(and the money too).<br />Also plan on opening my own business. It should have been open by now, but sheet happens. It's on the back burner for the time being.<br /><br />B.C.

LOL<br /><br />We are looking for a mechanically minded guy who can sell too. Our product sells on it's technical and financial story, but somebody still needs to glue the customer and the dealer together as well as help get into SA and Qsl a little further down the trail (are those right? abreviations?) The LP experience would help with our biggest need which is Natural Gas. Our partner is Kleenheat on the gas side. Primarily cryogenic methane (LNG). Our dealer (William Adams) has the diesel experience. I've got an excellent technical guy in Perth who covers the whole dang place, I need to help him with the customer side in NSW and Victoria.
