What Kind of Prop?....Limited #s On It

Had a prop dropped off. 3 blade alum....believe to b 14 1/4 dia. it is vented and has a hub. The only identifyable #'s on it are on the barrel of prop and they are 381A also D115. There is another # that is very hard to make out...it could be 30205 or 130205 or 130206...again, these are VERY hard to read. The prop is good shape and looks like it had been re-worked. Girlfriend found it at a garage sale....LOL. Thanks for any feedback!

Ayuh,... I'm guessin' those are Michigan Wheel numbers...
