what oil for volvo 5.0 gl-e

Wondering if anyone knows what grade of oil i need for my 5.0gl-e. I have searched and can only find sae30. Is there a grade like 15-40 or something, i asked a local mechanic and he said it should be two numbers like 10-40 not just sae 30
