Hi,
Was wondering what the electrical part is in the picture attached? I understand it is some king of relay/solenoid but not sure what it is powering.

Would car auto shops sell a similar device I could use?

Hey Man ! CLEAN that green corrosion off there and maybe the part isn't bad - just bad connections...that and the green connection below it as well !!

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, I cleaned the green stuff off and the part works okay but looks very old and corroded. So was wanting to get some backup replacements because I feel they will fall apart at any moment.

that is the trim solenoids
i can tell by the pink and light blue wires
