What the Hell Just Happened?

I was logged on, went out to do some work and came back in to check some of the posts. When I refreshed the screen the site format was different than when I first logged on. Aggg! At my age I can't deal with change Where'd the "Search" function go?

Maybe we are experiencing solar flares or something.

Looks like a 'new' version of software (or something) was being put in 'on the fly'. For a while everything was showing up over to the left of the screen. It all seems to be fine now. Search is upper middle now.

We don't have the discipline to actually get it right before making changes. We just kinda make changes on the fly. The search is getting worked on. Give us a few more minutes and you will also see advanced search link again. We hope you like the new look we think it is progress... Thanks for the concern and support.

the new layout is fine..looks a lot cleaner across the top now, but I can't say I like the thread title colors now!

Now come on smoke just grab the glasses scoot on up to the screen and you should be ok. It worked for me at work today when i noticed.

If you are reading this and it's too small, hold down the Ctrl key and hit the + a time or two to make the print bigger, or the - to make it smaller if you get it to big.

thanks don.... I had to hit control - to get the whole page (except for the adds that are off the screen to the right) on my screen after the reformat. I think there is simply more real estate now...

Well since you are not adventurous and have not looked around..... try the What's New? Button near the top of the page on the left.

I'm sure we're ALL happy to have this forum...... Our comments here are NOT bashing but rather constructive in nature even if we do have a bit of fun in the process.... IBOATS is running a business here and I'm quite certain that they value our complaints. The more user friendly they can make the site the more money they can make in parts sales. After all, if they felt that this thread was a bad thing they'd just make it disappear.

Well since you are not adventurous and have not looked around..... try the What's New? Button near the top of the page on the left.

Sometimes. It comes and goes. If you click "What's New" from the main forum page, it disappears on the next page (list of new posts) until you view a post and it's back on top. Some improvements work well, some don't. I did or do like "What's New" on each page. But all in all, the last few weeks worth of changes are worth the price of admission.

We are all 100% Probability drive here, things are going to change, change back, change again and again before it gets set in stone for another couple of months anyway.
Don't forget what admin5 posted early in this thread.
