What Winch is this

I have Bayliner 2455 and it is missing winch handle. Any ideas on a replacement?

Winch handles are pretty universal, just make sure you don't get one too long so that it strikes the boat before you can seat the bow eye UNDER the winch post stop. You might want to examine your winch/post setup. Post some pics of a wider area of your bow and we'll help you out.
