What year is my fabuglas?

I recently bought a 16' Fabuglas runabout with a 40 HP Johnson outboard. It's a Model F with serial number 6813674. Does anyone have any idea what year this boat could be? Also I have questions about the motor which is a Model RDS-265. Any ideas on the year of that critter and the proper oil to fuel ratio? Thanks for the help. It is appreciated.
