What year?

This seems to be a popular question on this forum.

I acquired this motor and I'm trying to identify at least the year, if not the model.
The tag on the clamp bracket is gone, and I can't seem to find any of the plugs
on the motor that might help me.
Can anyone identify it by the cowling colors, or any other way?

Looks like a 1990 to me.--------Put a new impeller in it before launching the boat.----Make sure to change gear oil.---Use a good oil as lower units on these are not robust.

Thanks - needed the year before I could purchase an impeller kit.
