ok, this monster entered my domain whilst i was working on the lawnmower (broken axle). and i just want to know what the heck it is! i don't think i've ever seen a bug like this one before. anyone got a clue?<br />

<br />the bad part is - it seemed to be getting really weak & dying, so i put it in a cardboard box... now its gone! i don't know whether the cat heard it scratching around and ate it, or if its hiding in the rafters waiting to attack...

that's the problem- it might have the same ideas about me - an i don't know where its hiding. is this the reason it showed up on friday 13th? <br /><br />you done did it now OBJ, imma gettin the heebie-jeebies. it might take a while for me to get back to you, i'm stringing tripwires tied to raid cans & citronella candles. imma creepin around in the garage like little kungfu grasshopper on ricepaper.

ebb i can't remember the name of those things but do know they are harmless. although it does favor a gal i dated once in southeast asia but of course i had about 3 quarts of bo-mme bomb in me then Thats 33 beer

Its either a cicada (sp), or one of them thar a-lee-on scouts looking for new abductees.<br /><br />On second thought, it looks like a baby skeeter. If its a Wisconsin strain, it will be about 7 inches long when it grows up. It will be easy to find then.

it defnittly aint no cicada - we got them too. they leave their alien hulls stuck on the pine trees right by the motel. you can hearem out there calling home at night - reeeeeeeeeeeee<br /><br />an it aint no mole cricket from south of here - didn't have no catcher mits for fingers... its plain creepy i tell ya. now imma on a laptop at the truck stop, and i don't know whether to wake up the little woman, or let er sleep. she'd tear a hole out the side of the house if i told her what kind of company we got tonight.
