Sis-in-law cooked some god awful chicken & pasta creation. Miss LF's cookin bad.
S-I-L is also a messy cook.....took me a half hour to clean up the kitchen. The woman used about every utensil in there.

Re: What's for Supper...

LOL at mLF :D rotf
-i'm somewhere between KKC and JB. i get the evil eye when i mention we have a disfunctional family, but at least i found something to say that results in wifiepoo going to the store unexpectedly (last weekend) and then eating at our - - - - yes, dinner table

if anybody does any cooking around here, its usually me fixing whappem biscuits & some kind of meat on sat/sun mornings. otherwise, if company is coming, every last bowl & container is strewn allover the place by wifie, and she can really make a killer pot of pinto beans.

i'm gonna be departing earth soon i guess, but i just wanted to say fastfood gets old 5x/week. oh, she can make broccoli casserole. we ate that about everynight after she learned how. and bisquick - she can do that too. and nuked potato. i grill meat when we have company. i clean up everything with minimual use of pots/pans. its just ez'r to NOT have her cook. ;) she is the queen of orderliness with preparing children & gradeschool functions, but worse than any teenage dennis-the-menace at homemaking.

and her mother - hooboy, that is making my blood rise just thinking about it. i have to take a stand and announce i am not cleaning the kitchen. my mother washes on the fly, same as i. and i am the go-to-man when it comes to keeping the kitchen clean. so, i'll probably go to get some autoparts, and pickup a burger ;)

Re: What's for Supper...

we used to get christmas cards from the local dominos pizza store. our file of local takeout food chains is as big as our monthly bill file. lol

this is really not funny! you guys&gals should be sending me jerky & fillets. then i can say it was a present, and we'd be dishonorable to not eat it ;) i just realized - i could make a killing selling little saran wrap rolls with USFDA stickers already on them

Tonite it will be some kind of beef. The family is going out.
Maybe a prime rib or a good sirloin or chicken picarta or just maybe a nice fresh piece of salt water fish.
More then likely it will be the beef.

Re: What's for Supper...

How does some Fufu with light goat stew sound? Of course it has to be eaten with the fingers to be right, and that makes a mess! Probably a side of fried plantain also.

I tried to stay away. It worked for 4 days and then I just had to come back. Plus it was a good week. Not too busy. :D
