What's the best protective coating to use??

I re-built the cockpit in my boat and want to put some kind of "Rhino Liner, Linex, Herculiner, etc. type of coating down. This boat is a fishing boat and I would like to use white in color. I have heard that alot of these white color products turn to a yellowish from the sun, don't want that. Any suggestions would be great.

Durabak and Kiwi Grip have both been used successfully by members on here. I used marine vinyl on my boat.

First in my book is gelcoat but vinyl runs a close second. I cant see any other liquid coating being as durable.
