When were the smaller honda outboards revised? bf20

I'm wondering when honda did it's latest revision on the bf20 and bf15. I read on the honda site that the new bf20 is designed after the 9.9 is barely larger than it, and only weighs 101 lbs in the short shaft. I found a 2006 bf20 and i'm wondering if it's the same motor as the new ones? Does anyone know? Thanks.
