Where can I buy a transom mount assembly for a trolling motor?

The thing that's basically working like a C-Clamp. Mine rusted and I had to cut it to get my trolling motor off. Now I got this little sportyak and want to run my trolling motor on it. I can't find them..maybe they sell them here? lol...Any help would be appreciated.
