Where do I add power trim fluid??

Attached is a picture of my power trim pump, its attached to a 1975 Mercury 850, I'm curious as to where I would add trim fluid. Thanks

Here's your modified picture.
The red circle is the vent. The screw should be open slightly.
The green circle is the fill. Fill to that level.
If what's in there now looks like motor oil put 10W-30 oil there. If it's red put Dexron auto trans fluid.

You're welcome. You could disconnect the lines from the rams and cycle the pump up and down.
Also lift the motor up and down by hand to get the oil out of the rams.
I believe the motor should be up while filling the pump to get the correct level.
