Where is model # What year HELP PLEASE! ok serial added and model #

I have looked on my motor but cannot find the model #. It is an evinrude 90hp supposedly with bigger carbs on it that makes it a 115hp?? Is that possible? it is older, v-4 but i need to service it but do not know what year it is. Its on a 25' Pontoon need prop to but no #'s on it either??
Can i post a pic on here or alink with out gettin in trouble?

Post away.

There's two places to look - left side of the transom bracket and on the little silver disk (welch plug) on the powerhead.

Y'know if you squint real hard and look sideways at it you can almost see a motor in that picture.

The bikinis are nice though.

It is a 1982, assuming somebody has not swapped the hood on it. Possible model numbers are 90MLCN, 90TLCN, 90TXCN

1982 The code word is INTRODUCES, where I = 1, N = 2, T = 3, and so on.

The year inentifiers are the two characters before the last one. Therefor, CN = 82, or 1982. Hope this clears it up.
