Quick, help please.
Got down to Kentucky lake yesterday for a family weekend at Kentucky Dam Marina. Anyways, I spent 2 hours yesturday trying rebuilding and then replacing my fuel pump. I am pretty sure I am not assembling all the gaskets in the proper order. I have a 1983 merc 115 stacked 6 cylinder. Anyone know where to find a diagram on how it goes together?
Additional info: not getting fuel into the cylinders. if I squirt fuel into carbs it will fire. thought it may be carbs but when i disconnected fuel line to carbs and cranked it it spit very little fuel. I can use primer bulb to push fuel through just fine but pump wont pump it. I just learned that vacuum from cylinders actuates pump so I will check that as soon as it stops raining. I dont think i have a gasket inbetween housing and cylinder...now i am wondering where in the assembly i put that gasket.
Thank You for your help.
