Wow, we woke up a four month old post! Might have been better to have started a new one! Oh well!!<br /><br />All 2 cycle TC-W3 oils are not created equal! TC-W3 is a MINIMUM standard that oils have to meet to be certified as outboard oils! Price has a direct relation to them usually, but not allways! You will notice a performance as well as longevity difference with synthetic blends and full synthetics! They will burn cleaner and you will decarb and replace sparkplugs less often!<br />WallMart 2 cycle oil seems to be adaquate, but has been shown by some to not be that great, although many use it here on the forum! I personnally wouldnt touch it! Ive always wondered why someone would invest so much on an engine and then see how cheep they can go on there oil! I use a full synthetic and beleive it is worth it just for the performance!<br /><br />Welcome to the forum
